Location: Burleson Bible Church – Burleson, TX
Hours: Sundays, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (with occasional special events) Pay: $16/hour
Burleson Bible Church is seeking a warm, dependable, and professional individual to provide loving care for children ages 0–4 years during Sunday morning services and occasional special events. The ideal candidate will have a genuine relationship with God, a heart for children, and a desire to serve in a ministry setting. This role is vital in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where little ones feel cared for and parents can worship with peace of mind.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children ages 0–4 years in the church nursery.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Engage children in age-appropriate play, songs, and simple activities.
Communicate professionally and warmly with parents and church staff.
Model Christ-like character in words and actions.
Follow church safety and child protection policies at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children ages 0–4 years.
Dependable and punctual.
Professional and respectful in working with adults and families.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Two references required.
Background check required.
