  • Location: Burleson Bible Church – Burleson, TX

    Hours: Sundays, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (with occasional special events) Pay: $16/hour

    Burleson Bible Church is seeking a warm, dependable, and professional individual to provide loving care for children ages 0–4 years during Sunday morning services and occasional special events. The ideal candidate will have a genuine relationship with God, a heart for children, and a desire to serve in a ministry setting. This role is vital in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where little ones feel cared for and parents can worship with peace of mind.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and care for children ages 0–4 years in the church nursery.

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

    • Engage children in age-appropriate play, songs, and simple activities.

    • Communicate professionally and warmly with parents and church staff.

    • Model Christ-like character in words and actions.

    • Follow church safety and child protection policies at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience working with children ages 0–4 years.

    • Dependable and punctual.

    • Professional and respectful in working with adults and families.

    • Ability to work well as part of a team.

    • Two references required.

    • Background check required.
